Our Philosophy
Executive Chef Élise Marchand trained beneath Pierre Gagnaire and Yoshihiro Murata before opening Lumina with a singular vision: cuisine as a quiet conversation between land, ocean, and time. Every plate is a study in restraint — Hokkaido uni warmed in brown butter, single-origin Périgord truffle shaved over hand-pulled buckwheat, koshihikari rice aged eighteen months in cedar. We work directly with seventy-two farms, four ama divers, and a single salt harvester in the Guérande.

Six guests seated at the pass for an intimate, off-menu collaboration with Chef Marchand. A bespoke menu composed in real time from the morning's market.
A private vault of forty thousand bottles. Eight guests, a custom pairing menu, and a guided descent through three centuries of Burgundy and Champagne.
Seasonal al fresco dining beneath olive trees and string light. A relaxed five-course menu featuring the day's harvest from our rooftop garden.
Reservations
Reservations are released on the first of each month for the following month, at noon Eastern Time. Cancellations within seventy-two hours of the seating are subject to a $185 per-guest fee.
Dress Code
Smart elegant. Jackets appreciated for gentlemen. No athletic wear or sneakers.
Age
Children twelve and over are warmly welcomed at the Main Dining Room.
